WHY WE TRAVEL

When it comes to describing the reasons why we travel for each trip it can become a bit much from - visiting family and friends to youtube collaborations to vacation but mainly itā€™s all about getting us out there to that place weā€™ve never been to see what makes their food so special. Every trip we go on we like to call a "work-cation".

Weā€™ve noticed when people travel as tourists they arenā€™t always thinking about the food that theyā€™re eating but the experiences they are having. For example, when we were in Japan we did a tour guided trip from Tokyo to Kyoto and back. While we were on the bus we met a nice couple and started to talk to them about what we doā€¦ which is obvi all food. They told us that they donā€™t like sushi and have been having trouble finding any food they liked in the area. We can understand that because we can be picky people ourselves but being in Japan, we honestly thought everyone was there for the food. Totally wrong on us. The culture, history, and art, to name a few, are also very popular reasons for traveling to Japan.

Traveling and food go hand in hand for us. Thatā€™s our main reason every time. Investigating the foods that are popular, delicious, or just our favorite foods has been our main focus. We traveled all the way to Italy, UK, Hawaii, and as you know Tokyo, and are still on the hunt for more interesting International foods.

From our recent travels weā€™ve decided it is super fun to travel like this but we live in the USA. There are 50 states for us to explore here and the food game is strong. Right now weā€™re on a quick trip to LA to produce the fan favorite In & Out Entire Menu video. Then maybe weā€™ll hit up Boston and do a video about Lobster Rolls OR to Philadelphia for a Philly Cheese Steak Tour.

In 2019 weā€™d like to plan a foodie trip to Mexico, The Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. Thereā€™s so much to do. So much to create for you guys at home. The foodie travels will continue. Donā€™t worry weā€™ll be cooking too.
