WE WENT VEGAN FOR 1 WEEK

The rules of this challenge are simple: NO MEAT and NO DAIRY

It is 2019 and new diets, like veganism, keto, whole 30, and more, are taking precedent in conversations about how we should be living our life styles.

Interesting thing is is most people don't know what the word VEGAN even means. Why are people vegan and what struggles do they go through every day with having these dietary constraints? All of these questions are what we're thinking about as we dive into the challenge.
