WHAT WE DID IN MEXICO
This will be a very broad blog post as we did so much in Mexico. All to be posted on HellthyJunkFood and JP & Julia on Youtube this month.
We wanted to make sure we covered all of YOUR fan favorite fast food restaurants to include McDonalds, KFC, and pizza, a ton of pizza.
Didn't stop there! We also managed to taste test and cook up authentic cuisine with local Mexican chefs in Mexico City. We learned about chilaquiles, carnitas, pibil, and so much more.
Then we managed to taste test 20+ different snacks and candies that we bought from street vendors.
Yes, food, a ton of food but that's not all. We saw a balet at the Palace in the art district, hiked all the pyramids at the Teotihuacan, and walked the streets of Mexico City to find and join in on traditional native ceremonies.
Long story short, stay tuned for our videos going live in the next few weeks!! The food, the culture, and the energy of Mexico City will be coming to a screen near you.
