We had the INCREDIBLE opportunity to go back to school. This time cooking school at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America.

They brought us in, and set us up, taking real classes and cooking with the best Chefs and Professors of the institution.

Looking forward to sharing with you this five episode series of our entire time there. We both went in as amatuer cooks, and came out as better amature cooks.
